ph555 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ph555 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.
Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider. ph555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within ten (10) minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically complete within one (1) to three (3) hours during standard banking hours.
ph555 does not charge withdrawal fees for amounts exceeding Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500). Withdrawals below this threshold may be subject to a nominal processing fee as disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.

ph555's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your ph555 account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph555, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
ph555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and ph555 may, in its sole discretion, refund any remaining account balance to you, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to ph555.
You may close your account at any time by contacting ph555 customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph555 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
